Our 2010 Honda Accord was in an accident on Marhc 21, 2014. My wife Roma was driving at that time. She was going East bound on MG Road in NJ when a woman ran a red light and smashed into the back end of our car. She had to be taken to the ER where she suffered a broken right arm and whiplash.
The repair estimate to fix our car is $5000. The medical bills from Roma injuries were $3000. we were asking for a lump sum amount of $12,000 to settle this matter. Rome would have to take sometime off from work.we could be looking for surgery.
To settle this matter quickly and smoothly. We have attached the police report as well as supporting statements from three witnesses. Roma was not at fault and was driving along minding her own business. We look forward to solving this matter quickly.
